A graduate of USC’s School of Cinematic Arts, Rob Meltzer is an award-winning director known for emotional storytelling, strong visuals and performance-driven comedy.
His poignant online film for Dove Men+Care, “Calls for Dad”, became a viral sensation, garnering 12 million views on Youtube, which led Dove to air it on the Super Bowl. It was ranked on many Super Bowl top ten lists, given an “A” rating by Time Magazine and shortlisted for a Cannes Lion.
Rob’s launch promo for “Curb Your Enthusiasm” was also shortlisted for a Cannes Lion; his integration for the movie, “Trainwreck”, starring Amy Schumer, won Funniest Promo of the Year at Promax; and his campaign for St. Elizabeth Hospital won a regional Emmy.
Rob has directed numerous short documentary films including the Telly award-winning series, “Give a Little TLC”.
Recent clients include Lexus, Coca-Cola, Olive Garden, AT&T, The NBA, Johnson’s, Bravo, TLC, Nick Jr. and Food Network.
